Shawna Yvette Walsh and Paul Martin Henderson announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Shawna is the daughter of Vince and Sharon Walsh of Tracy, California, and the granddaughter of the late Barney and Lee Satterfield of San Antonio, Texas, and the late Michael and Honora Walsh of Tracy, Calif.
Marty is the son of Paul and Carol Henderson of Somerset. He is the grandson of Carolyn Wyatt of Asheville, N.C., and the late Dr. William Wyatt (formerly of Somerset) and Patricia Henderson of Richmond and the late Col. Paul F. Henderson Jr.
Shawna is a graduate of California State University Stanislaus and is employed as a fifth-grade school teacher at Neysa Callison Elementary in Round Rock, Texas.
Marty is a graduate of Somerset High School and Vanderbilt School of Engineering.
He is employed as a software engineer in research and development at National Instruments in Austin, Texas.
Shawna and Marty will be married July 10, 2010, in Austin, Texas.
