Hoy and Pam Wesley of Waynesburg announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Deedra to Zach Franklin, son of Thomas Franklin of McKinney.
The bride-elect, a 2004 graduate of Lincoln County High School is attending Lindsey Wilson College and will graduate in December with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services & Counseling. She is employed at Woodstock Elementary School.
The groom-elect, a 2005 graduate of Lincoln County High School is currently attending Somerset Community College. He is employed at TTAI.
The wedding will take place at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 18 at the The Center for Rural Development in Somerset.
