Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Carter of Somerset wish to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Tori Lynn Carter, to Anthony D. Pyland, son of Stephen R. Pyland of Grand Junction, Colo., and Cindy K. Pyland of Richmond.
The two will unite in marriage September 24, 2011, at 4 o’clock in the evening at Southside Church of God in Somerset.
A reception will follow at Cruiser’s.
