— Jessica Lyn Randolph of Somerset and Edward Alexander Richards of Russell Springs were united in marriage June 11, 2011, at six thirty in the evening at The Barn at Redgate.

Bro. Jim Kingry of Russell Springs officiated.

Music was provided by Chase Moore, pianist, and Dean McKinley, soloist.

A reception followed at The Barn at Redgate.

Dinner was provided by Schafer’s Catering of Casey County and cakes were made by The Twisted Sifter of Danville.

Guests danced to music provided by Jeff Petrey.

A rehearsal barbecue was hosted at The Barn at Redgate by the groom’s parents and catering was by The Little Chop Shop of Russell Springs.

During the rehearsal dinner, the bride’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Whitaker and Mr. and Mrs. M.E. Randolph, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversaries.

Wedding showers were hosted by Mrs. Beverly Conatser, Mrs. Danielle Fenison, Mrs. Karla Beth Hargis and Mrs. Nicole Bartley at East Somerset Baptist Church and by Mrs. Connie Smith, Dr. Allison Cherry, Mrs. Heather Dando and Mrs. Meg Redmon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Smith in Russell Springs.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin and Jerrilyn Randolph of Somerset. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Whitaker and Mr. and Mrs. M.E. Randolph and the great-granddaugh-ter of Mrs. Eva Jasper of Somerset.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell and Tracy Richards of Russell Springs. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Lawless and Mr. and Mrs. Thelbert Richards, all of Russell Springs.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a custom-made white gown by Ian Stuart of England, purchased at Kleinfeld’s in New York City.

Accenting her gown was a crystal headpiece and veil designed for her by Melissa Blue of New England.

She carried a bouquet of red roses designed by Kim Deaton.

Maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Samantha Randolph.

Bridesmaids were Chasiti Wesley, Polly West, Shelby Kosmecki and cousin of the groom, Krista Smith.

Junior bridesmaids were sister of the bride, Peyton Randolph, and cousin of the bride, Abby Whitaker.

Flower girls were cousin of the groom, Mia Dando, and cousin of the bride, Ashley Whitaker.

Bell ringer was Ellen Cherry, cousin of the groom.

Best man was the groom’s brother, Drew Richards.

Groomsmen were Robert Richard-son, Thomas Jones, Josh Robertson, Jordon Burton and Caleb Rowe.

Guest book was attended by Michaela Rowe and Jessie Collins.

The wedding was coordinated by Shawna Wallace.

Photography was by friend of the bride, Heather McAninch, Fabulous Photography by Heather of Russell Springs.

The bride will be a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky where she will receive her degree in special education.

The groom will be a 2012 graduate of the University of Kentucky where he will receive his degree in mechanical engineering.

He is employed as a research assis-tant at the University of Kentucky.

After a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean the couple resides in Lexington, Ky.
