Roger and Teresa Thompson and Darrell and Cory Stearns announce the forthcoming marriage of their children, Ashton LeAnn Thompson of Windsor, Ky., and Jeremy Tyler Stearns of Russell Springs, KY.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Leslie and Mary Ann Russell of Liberty, Ky., and the late William Thompson; Richard and Mary Jo Owens of Windsor, Ky.
Mr. Stearns is the grandson of Ray and Ada Stearns of Jamestown, Ky.; the late Guillermo and Consuelo Miranda of San Bernardino, Calif.
Ashton is a 2005 graduate of Casey County High School and is currently attending Midway College to receive her degree in elementary education.
She is an employee of Nancy Elementary School.
Jeremy is a 2004 graduate of Russell County High School.
Jeremy graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BA in computer science.
He is employed at Monticello Banking Company.
The wedding ceremony will be held October 1, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. EST at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Stearns, located at 468 Paul Jones Estates, Russell Springs, Ky.
All friends and family are welcome to attend.
A reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.
