Somerset —
A Wayne County man facing sexual abuse, rape and incest charges after an investigation allegedly revealed he carried out sexual acts with his daughters is expected to appear in court next week to change his plea to those charges.
Information provided by the public online court docket through the Kentucky Court of Justice states that Kenneth Edward Frazier, 37, of Monticello, is slated to appear in Pulaski Circuit Court Thursday, Nov. 17, for a change of plea in a case that began in 2010.
Frazier had pleaded not guilty to two counts of incest, first-degree rape, second-degree rape, and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Frazier was arrested in July of this year after he was indicted by a Pulaski County grand jury on those charges, which stemmed from allegations that he carried out sexual acts with his daughters in October and November of 2010.
Those charges stem from alleged acts that took place at a residence in the Antioch-Tateville area, according to Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Jeremy Bartley, who is prosecuting the case.
The indictment, filed on July 11, alleges that Frazier carried out sexual acts with four victims, identified as his daughters, and they currently range in age from 12 years old to 16 years old, according to Bartley.
When reached by phone on Saturday, Bartley confirmed that Frazier is scheduled to appear in court Thursday, but he declined to comment on the nature of the hearing, stating he cannot give any statements about any possible plea changes in an active case.
Information provided through the online public court docket is subject to change.
