Russell Hall

Russell Jason Hall, 74, of the King Bee Community in Science Hill, Ky., passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born in King Bee, Ky. on Sept. 3, 1933, son of the late Otis Lee Monty and Rosetta Blevins Hall. He set machines for Lear Siegler. He enjoyed gardening and flea marketing.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Lee Dick Hall, whom he married on Aug. 31, 1957 in Somerset, Ky.; one son, Darrell (and Sandy) Hall, of King Bee; two grandsons, D.J. (and Heather) Hall, of King Bee and Brian Oliver, of Science Hill; one great-granddaughter, Chelsey Nicole Oliver, of Somerset; two sisters, Fern (and William) Martin, of Crab Orchard, Ky. and Mary Ellen (and Boyd) Shadoan, of Lexington, Ky.; and nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Tommy, Ross and Rob Hall; and one sister, Oda Ware.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Friday, June 20, 2008 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Bert Hall and Bro. Gary Evans officiating.

Burial will be in King Bee Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 8 a.m. today until time for the service at the funeral home.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
