Keyleygh Dawn Laverne Pritchard, of Somerset, Ky., was called home by God to be a very special little angel on Dec. 17, 2009.
Keyleygh Dawn was born on Dec. 17, 2009, to Philip Lynn and Danielle Eliza Cook Pritchard Jr. She will sadly be missed by all.
She is survived by her parents, Philip Lynn and Danielle Eliza Cook Pritchard Jr., of Somerset; a brother, Micah Robertson, of Somerset; a sister, Kamdyn Pritchard, of Benton, Ky.; grandparents, Jesse and Cindy Cook, of Somerset, and Melynda and Philip Pritchard Sr., of Benton; great grandparents, Carol and James M. Cook, of Ferguson, Ky., Wanda and Shirley Sheppard, of Benton, and Eddie and LaVerne Pritchard, of Hardin, Ky.; aunts, Lora Cook, of Somerset, Briston (and Levi) Ray, of Benton, and Corley Pritchard, of Benton; and many special friends she never met.
Keyleygh Dawn is preceded in death by her great grandparents, Arthur and Katherine Cook and James W. Cook; and a great aunt, April Dawn Cook.
Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 21, at 6 p.m. at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Hwy. 80.
A funeral service will be Tuesday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Dykes and Bro. Mike Stacy officiating.
Burial will be in the Pond Cemetery in Waynesburg, Ky.
