Alfreda Bishop

obituaries

Alfreda Mae Bishop, 72, of Louis Waddle Road in Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born in Pulaski County, Ky. on May 10, 1937, daughter of the late Frank and Ethel Marie Baugh Loveless. She was a retired seamstress for Palm Beach, having worked 47 years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Elmer C. Bishop of Science Hill, one son, Gary Lee Bishop of Science Hill; one daughter, Kathy (and James) Hasty of Science Hill; four brothers, Paul (and Judy) Loveless of Somerset, Glen Loveless and Spencer Loveless, both of Eubank; and Frank Wayne (and Brenda) Loveless of Russell Springs, four sisters, Reeda (and Larry) Compton of Walton, Ky., Lois (and Bill) Alexander and Mary Lou (and Milford) Hall, both of Eubank and Wilma (and Sonny) Hood of Somerset; two grandchildren, Samantha Michelle and Sarah Alizabeth Hasty, both of Science Hill; and a host of

nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Miller officiating.

Burial will be in McKinney Cemetery.

Visitation for Alfreda Mae Bishop will be after 6p.m. today at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
