Mr. Kenneth Wall, 91, widower of Thelma Wall, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 in Glasgow, Ky. He was born Nov. 4, 1918 to the late Morris and Maude Ella Blankenship Wall in Ludlow, Ky. He was married to the late Thelma Tarter Wall. Kenneth retired from Hughes Motor Company and was a member of First Baptist Church. He was very special and loving to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was loved very much and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by a son, Larry Wall and his wife Jackie, and daughter, Rebecca L. Wall.
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Tamara L. Powers, Melissa Overly Wall and Eric A. Hughes and his wife Lynn; and great-grandchildren: Andrew B. Simkins, Camden Wall Simkins, Cole D. Powers, Avery Hughes and Tate Hughes.
Preceeding Kenneth in death were his wife; parents; five siblings; and his granddaughter, Tracy Lee Overly.
Visitation for Kenneth will be held Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the
chapel of Somerset Undertaking & Crematory.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the chapel of Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Interment will be in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions may be sent to the Pulaski County Alzheimer's Center or the local Humane Society.
