Lawrence Michael McDade, age 60 of Science Hill, Ky., departed this life on Monday, March 8, 2010 at his residence.
He was born on Aug. 2, 1949 in Philadelphia, Pa., the son of James and Ester McDade. He was a floral deliveryman for Ron's Flowers and of the Catholic faith.
Mr. McDade is survived by his wife, Denise Fritz McDade, whom he married on Oct. 27, 1987 in Philadelphia. Pa.; two sons, Jamin David McDade and Jude Bernard McDade, both of Science Hill, Ky.; two daughters, Elizabeth Dawn Hall of Williamsburg, Ohio and Asia Lee Tucker of Science Hill, Ky.; and two grandchildren, Angeleah Pandora McDade and Braidon Lawrence McDade.
Preceding him in death were his parents, James and Ester McDade.
Visitation for Mr. McDade will be Friday, March 12 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 8 pm. Bro. David Muse will officiate.
The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Lawrence McDade Memorial Fund c/o Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
