Charles Anderson

Charles Wayne Anderson, 73, of Somerset, Ky., pass-ed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born in Somerset, Ky., on September 17, 1939, son of the late William Leonard "Buck" and Mamie Estep Anderson. He was the former owner of Anderson Carpet Cleaning. He was an avid fisherman.   
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Marcum Anderson, whom he married on June 27, 1968; one son, Jeffrey (and Tammy) Thompson of Somerset; two sisters, Joyce (and Loren) Colyer of Dayton, Ohio and Hazel (and Charles Robert "Bob") Stevens of Somerset; special friend, Tony Price (and Tina) of Somerset; special pet, Odie; five grandchildren, Caprisha Smith, Bethany Wesley, Joshua Thompson, Amanda Thompson and Mackenzie Thompson; five great-grandchildren, Tyson, Azlynn, Jacobie, Khloe and Easton; nephew Johnny; and nieces Marsha, Jan, Debbie and Vickie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son; Thomas Wayne Anderson; and one sister, Lura Dean Price.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Eaggers officiating.
Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
