Jonathan Dancy

Jonathan Shane Dancy, 39, of Lexington, formerly of Somerset, Ky., the son of Sandra Kidd Dancy of Somerset, Ky., and William (Peggy) Dancy of Burnside, Ky., was born on July 5, 1973 in Somerset, Ky., and departed this life on August 28, 2012 in Lexington, Ky.
Other than his parents, he is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Roy Kidd of Somerset; a special aunt, Belinda (and Terry) Stephens of Somerset, Ky.; a wonderful uncle, Gordon (and Wendy) Kidd of Canada; his paternal uncle and aunt, Jim and Carol Dancy; the following cousins, Brian, and Daniel Stephens, Christopher and Sarah Kidd, Patrick Stephens and Jamie Dancy.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mallie Wilson Kidd; his paternal grandparents, James and Inez Dancy; and his maternal great grandparents, Gertie and Gilbert Wilson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Strunk officiating.  
Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Cemetery at Keno.
The family of Mr. Jonathan Shane Dancy will receive friends at the Funeral Home after 6 p.m. Friday, August 31, 2012.
Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Jonathan Shane Dancy.
