Mrs. Margaret Ann Cassidy Griffith, age 66 of Nancy, Ky., daughter of the late Adam Cassidy and Doris (Godsey) Cundiff, was born in Somerset on Jan. 8, 1947 and she departed this life on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 at the Oak Tree Baptist Hospital in Corbin, Ky.
Mrs. Griffith is survived by one son, Jeffrey Dykes of Nancy, Ky.; one brother, Mike Cundiff of Russell Springs, Ky.; one granddaughter, Nikka Dykes; and two great-grandchildren, Myka Plunkett and Dane Plunkett, all of Bronston, Ky.; and her special dog companion, Angel.
Ann also leaves behind a host of family and friends who all mourn her passing.
Ann attended Chester View Church in Nancy, Ky. and has worked as a truck driver and a hair stylist over the years and loved to travel and spend time with her grandkids. She was loving and kind person and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Norman Hopper officiating.
The family of Mrs. Margaret Ann Griffith will receive friends today after 10 a.m. until time for services.
