Jacob Johnson

Somerset —  

Jacob L. Johnson, age 27, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. 
Mr. Johnson was born in Louisville, Ky. on Sept. 9, 1985 to Dwayne Johnson and Margie Hall Johnson. He was a graduate of Southwestern High School Class of 2004, he was a member of Southern Heights Christian Church, and was a Kentucky organ donor. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding four wheelers, tattooing, target shooting, and spending time with family and friends. 
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Margie Hall Johnson; father, Dwayne Johnson; son, Zachary Lee Johnson of Somerset, and his mother, Heather Henderson; brother, Daniel Johnson of the Slate Branch community; grandparents, David and Norma Johnson of Campbellsville, Ky.; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. 
He was preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Johnson; great-grandparents, Lawrence and Ruby Dykes, and Oren and Louisa Hall; grandparents, John and Bertha Hall; and uncle, David Hall. 
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 at 1 p.m. with Bro. David Harmon and Bro. Joel Patton officiating. 
Jonathan Helton, Jonathan Pouge, Bryan Perry, Austin Perry, Drew Patton, Larry Wright, Justin Goldson, Thomas Hardwick will be serving as pallbearers. 
Interment will follow in the White Lily Cemetery. 
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Johnson Family. 
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
