Henry J. Lewis, age 83 of Hazard, Ky., formerly of Somerset, Ky., departed this life on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center in Hazard, Ky.
Visitation for Mr. Lewis will be on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 after 9 a.m. with his funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset, Ky. Chaplain Clarence Floyd will officiate.
Interment will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Ky.
Lake Cumberland Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Henry J. Lewis.
