Brooke and Eli Phelps welcome little brother, Jacob Lawrence Phelps.
Jacob was born June 17, 2009, in Lexington, Ky. He weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces.
They are the children of Rob and Angela Phelps, Cynthiana, Ky.
Jacob is also welcomed by his grandparents, JoAnne Phelps, Somerset; Wade and Janet Phelps, Somerset; and Faye and Freddie Whitson Jr., Cynthiana; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins who love him, Brooke and Eli very much!
