Josh and Lori (Cowan) New would like to announce the birth of their beautiful baby girl, Makenna Lee New.

Makenna Lee was delivered by Dr. John Bruner August 19, 2009 (her maternal grandfather’s birthday). She weighed 5 pounds 14-3/4 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long.

Makenna is also welcomed by her big brother, Chuck (age 11) and big sister, Kara (age 8).

Maternal grandparents are Judy Cowan and the late Charles Cowan of Wayne County.

Paternal grandparents are Maynard and Lois New of McCreary County.

Makenna is truly a blessing to her entire extended family.
