Jeremy and Liz Keiper of Somerset are excited to announce the birth of their daughter, Vivian Leigh Keiper.
Vivian was delivered by Dr. Kevin Crosslin September 28, 2009, 11:06 a.m. at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds 3-1/2 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is welcomed by her big sister, Clara, as well as her two miniature dachshunds, Heidi and Izzy.
Many friends and relatives also welcome Vivian.
Maternal grandparents are Duane and Glenda Ramer of Somerset, Ky.
Paternal grandparents are Robert Keiper of Somerset and the late Christina Keiper.
