TOUR Southern and Eastern Kentucky’s President/CEO Vicki Kidd presented Somerset-Pulaski County CVB Director Carolyn Mounce with weatherproof brochure racks to be placed within their tourism information gazebo.
These gazebo projects have been funded with National Scenic Byway Funds secured by Congressman Hal Rogers.
The gazebo project mission is to cross-promote each of the byway counties and attractions along the byway routes in southern and eastern Kentucky.
The project will promote the byways as a unified route.
There have been 29 tourist information gazebos placed along the only three National Scenic Byways in southern and eastern Kentucky.
TOUR SEKY is an initiative of Congressman Hal Rogers. The organization’s mission is to promote, develop and expand the existing and potential tourism industry throughout southern and eastern Kentucky. For additional information about TOUR SEKY contact 606-677-6099.
