Three people arrested for non-support

Three people were recently arrested by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department for owing child support.

Those arrested include:

• Jennifer Edmonds, 33, Dayton, Ohio, who was arrested on April 23.

Edmonds was a wanted fugitive and was returned to Pulaski County after she was apprehended by authorities there on a Pulaski Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest for flagrant non-support.

Edmonds had the warrant of arrest issued after she failed to pay child support ordered by the court.

Edmonds was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.

• Jerry L. Bragg, 57, Somerset, who was arrested on April 24.

Bragg was arrested on a Pulaski Circuit Court warrant for flagrant non-support, after he was indicted by a Pulaski County Grand Jury for failing to pay child support as ordered by the court.

Bragg was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on $22,000 cash bond subject to forfeit the child support.

• Jessica D. Shepperd, 25, Bradfordsville, Ky., who was arrested on April 24 for flagrant non-support.

Shepperd was arrested on a Pulaski District court warrant after it was issued when she failed to pay child support, she was ordered to pay by Pulaski Family Court in June 2006.

Shepperd owed child support in the amount of $3,270.

Following her arrest, Shepperd was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
