A rental property located at 130 Sleepy Hollow Circle received serious damage to a portion of the house following a fire Monday night. According to Lt. David Vanhook with the Somerset Fire Department, the rental property, owned by seven different individuals, had flames coming out of the roof when their department arrived on the scene. Vanhook said the residence was vacant at the time of the fire, as occupants of the house had moved out a week earlier. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Assisting at the scene was the Nancy Volunteer Fire Department.
