Senior Forevermore

“For four years we stayed,

Had our shares of happy days,

Through the cliques and through the cliché

We knew our friends had our backs;

typical drama was not what it seemed,

they were but a test for the life that waits,

sadness may be what awaits us in June,

but have no fear, true friends will stay

and all the sadness shall fade to black,

leaving us with a new journey;

a new purpose,

for some, jobs await us,

for others, a family or college,

but we should never forget that when we are handed our diplomas,

we shall always be seniors…

forevermore.”
