Amanda Woodall and Terry Hensley are proud to announce the birth of their son, Evan Charles Ray Hensley.
Evan was born at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, Ky., on June 29, 2011, at 12:10 a.m. He weighed 9 pounds 5 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long.
Evan was born with a rare form of spinia bifida called meningocele but as a result of surgery and God’s amazing grace, we are blessed with a beautiful, healthy baby boy.
Evan was welcomed into the world by many loving family members. Evan is joined in this world with a half sister, Mary Renee Hensley, Detroit, Michigan, and a half brother, Terry Lyn Jr. Hensley, of Detroit.
His grandparents are Rick and Darlene Campbell of Somerset, the late Charles Woodall Sr. of Somerset, the late George Hensley of Nancy, Ky., and Shirely Hobbs of Pineville, Ky.
Great-grandparents are Wanda Ridner of Somerset, the late Sonny Ridner of Somerset, the late James and Betty Woodall of Somerset, the late Kenneth and Truely Hobbs of Pineville, the late Bass Hensley of Pineville, and the late Clod and Linda Ruthford of Pineville.
Evan is blessed with many loving people in his life who continues to pray for him.
God has blessed us with a true Miracle Baby!

He is our gift from God. He truly is “Our Evan from Heaven!”
