Summer and Lynn Lowery are proud to announce the birth of their second child – another daughter, Zoie Lynn Lowery.
Zoie was born on the 10th day of April 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital at 2:55 p.m. She weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces and was 19-1/4 inches long.
Zoie was delivered by Dr. Bruner with the assistance of a wonderful nurse, Janet Roberts.
The elated maternal grandparents are Donna and David Tanner of Somerset; great-grandmother, Marylin Tanner, and the late Bill Tanner of Somerset; great-grandmother, Mary Hinson, and the late Rev. Richard Hinson of Somerset.
Paternal grandparents are Pam and Joe Masel of Bronston; great-grandmother, Jo Helen Alexander, and the late Bill Alexander of Bronston.
Zoie is welcomed by her sister, Arabella, and her aunts, Brandi and Kaylen Tanner.
