Somerset Addiction Solutions, LLC, owned by Terry Scott, was slated to be located here, at 3540 S. Hwy. 27, but those plans seem to be scrapped, as evidenced by a civil suit filed by Scott against The City of Somerset, Pulaski County and UNITE to the tune of $15 million. In the suit, Scott is claiming “discriminatory reaction and behavior” on the part of city, county and UNITE officials caused Scott to halt his plans for the clinic, resulting in the loss of millions of dollars in revenue.
