A Somerset woman was arrested Friday after crashing her car into the side of the South U.S. 27 First & Farmers Bank in Grand Central Place. Sierra P. Brumley, 22, of Grand Central Boulevard, was allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of inhalants according to Somerset Police Officer Greer. He reported that when he approached Brumley, she inhaled from a can of dust cleaner; the officer grabbed the can and Brumley blacked out. Somerset-Pulaski County EMS responded and attended to Brumley, who was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital for a blood test with results pending. Brumley was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, a first offense.
