Louise Hogue, a member of Lake Cumberland Decorative Artists, looks for the “perfect spot” to hang her oil painting, “Maine Course,” one of the pieces of art on display in a new exhibit at The Center for Rural Development in Somerset. The exhibit, presented by Lake Cumberland Performing Arts in partnership with The Center, features 31 original works of art by members of Lake Cumberland Decorative Artists.
