Donald and Ora Lee Hurst will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, November 29, 2009.

A reception will be held in their honor at Poplar Grove Baptist Church’s fellowship hall at 2 p.m.

Everyone is invited to attend.

Leonard Wilson Sears was born on February 1, 1915.
Elva Bales Sears came along on May 4, 1918.
Leonard states: “It was strange that it took so long for people to get together in those times. We lived just 6 miles apart but never knew each other for several years. I met Elva on a Sunday night at Fellowship Methodist Church where we still belong and attend when we are able.”
