Nicholas family to celebrate 50 years together

Somerset — The family of Russell and Joyce Nicholas of Somerset, Ky., would like to invite all family and friends to join them in celebrating their 50 years of marriage.

The celebration will be held at Simpson Memorial United Methodist Church on Ky. 90 in Bronston, Ky., Sunday, June 5, 2011, from 2-4 p.m. (open house).

Russell and Joyce were united in marriage June 3, 1961, in Somerset.

They are blessed with one daughter, Kimberly Nicholas Taylor, Bronston, and one granddaugh-ter, Rachael (and Jeremy) Brock, Berea.

They are also blessed with Linda Strunk Ridner, who is like a daughter, and her hus-band, Rick, and their son, Andrew.

The family requests no gifts – your presence on this special day will be their cherished gift.
